Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. When we ship it, we will e-mail you with UPS tracking number.  You can find out by UPS with tracking number.

Q. What is your Returns Policy?
A. We do not refund, store credit only. (If we can not exchanged)

We accept the return and exchange of products only if the product is defective or if the wrong product was shipped. All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 4 days after receipt by the customer or end user, whichever is earlier.

Please fill out a return and exchange form and e-mail us if you need to return and exchange. You can download here. We'll e-mail you back and tell you the next step.

User must attach the enclosed delivery invoice and return and exchange form when the product is returned and if there are special instructions for return of an item, the product must be returned following those specific instructions.

We will not accept the following products.

   1.Products that have already been used.
   2.Returns more than 7 days after receipt by customer.
   3.Products altered or cleaned by User.
   4.Products without accompanying delivery invoice.
   5. Products without their original tag or seal.
